Photos: Fayose visits students of Ekiti State University who survived yesterday’s fatal accident

Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, yesterday night visited Ekiti state
teaching hospital where some students of the Ekiti state University ‎who
survived a fatal accident that killed 8 of their colleagues, are being
treated.

The accident occurred when the EKSU students’ cab and
an 18- passengers BUS collided along the NNPC-Iwokoro Ekiti State
University yesterday evening.

Speaking at the hospital, Fayose described the incident as unfortunate.

“I sympathize with them. It’s unfortunate. It’s not a good news. It’s
one too many. We are saddened We have to take solace in God. Reckless
driving and overspending has cost us eight lives. And some others in
intensive care unit. I just want to commit them into the hands of God
because there is nothing to say for ow rather than to pray that God
should console the families and the people of Ekiti state”he said.
