A man of the United Kingdom, was disgusted to see live worms crawling on
his broccoli while cooking the vegetable for dinner, according to a
video that was uploaded to the Internet.
27-year-old Luke Allison-Gordon of Nottinghamshire, said that he spotted the worms minutes before consuming the broccoli.
He took a video of the worms and uploaded it to social media sites.
Allison-Gordon said that his friend also found live worms in his
broccoli.
They both purchased the broccoli at Morrisons. Morrisons apologized to Allison-Gordon, and offered him free vouchers.
Allison-Gordon, who owns and operates the customer service firm Allison
Gordon LTD, said that he will not be using his free vouchers to buy
broccoli.
Morrisons said that it investigating the incident and is in talks with their supplier.
