Man arrested after throwing up at Burger King drive-thru window

 

Police were called after a man acted strange at a drive-thru in Florida.

Employees of Burger King in Clermont, called police after David Anthony
Frieko, handed them $35 for an $8 order before throwing up in his car.

When officers arrived at about 11:40 p.m., and found the 32-year-old man
in the driver’s seat of his car with his head down, his eyes bloodshot
and glassy, and his vehicle running.

Officers said that Frieko smelled of alcohol. officers had to pull
Frieko out of the vehicle after he refused to get out on his own.

When he was taken out of his vehicle, Frieko was unsteady on his feet.

Frieko of Clermont, refused sobriety tests and was arrested on charges of DUI and resisting arrest.

The Burger King employees were able to keep the generous tip.
