Couple hides meth inside empty Pringles potato chips can while driving car on highway

 

A couple was arrested on a charge of drug possession after allegedly
hiding meth inside an empty Pringles potato chips can, which they kept
in their car, according to police in Arizona.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office said that on Monday around 9:00 p.m.,
officers pulled over a Toyota sedan for traffic violations on Interstate
10 near Eloy.

The driver was identified as Varela Capri, 38, of Tucson, while a male passenger was identified as Brian Bidlak, 36, of Tucson.

Both were arrested after the deputy discovered 38 grams of methamphetamine in a Pringles can on the floor of the car.

Both suspects denied any knowledge of the drugs. They were booked into
the Pinal County Jail for possession of dangerous drugs and
transportation of dangerous drugs.
