37 soldiers involved in ghastly accident in Kano

37 soldiers were injured yesterday after a military truck they were
traveling in got involved in a ghastly accident along Kano- Gaya.
According to the State sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corp
(FRSC), Aminu Umar, the accident occurred around 9am when the military
truck which was conveying the soldiers led by Maj. R. O. Alieze had
brake failure in Gaya town in Gaya local government area of the state.
He added that the injured soldiers had since been taken to General
Hospital Dutse in for medical treatment. No death was recorded.
