Seven police departments in California, have launched investigations
after a prostitute revealed that she had sex with many police officers
before she turned 18 years old.
18-year-old Celeste Guap of Oakland, said that she was just 16 years old
when she slept with her first police officer, who was a friend of her
mother.
Guap’ mother works for the Oakland police as a dispatcher.
Guap, has slept with police officers, sergeants, captains and even a police dog handler.
After the scandal erupted, a police officer from the U.S. Military’s
Defense Logistics Agency, contacted Guap and met with her to have sex.
Another officer told Guap to quickly turn 18 years old before he had sex with her, the prostitute revealed.
So far, 32 police officers are being investigated, 16 officers from the
Oakland Police Department, 6 Richmond police officers, 4 Alameda County
Sheriff’s deputies, 3 San Francisco officers, 1 Contra Costa Sheriff’s
deputy, 1 Livermore officer, and 1 police officer from the U.S.
Military’s Defense Logistics Agency.
Four police officers have been cleared of charges since they had sex
with the prostitute when she was 18 years old and did not give her any
cash.
