A man was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly
pleasuring himself on a beach while lying behind a woman, according to
police in Florida.
Marathon police said that they have arrested 33-year-old Osviel Perez
Gamez, after being accused of exposing himself on the beach and
pleasuring himself behind the woman, following an argument with her
husband.
Gamez was charged with indecent exposure. He was booked in the Marathon County jail, and his bail was set at $1,500.
According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Friday, at the Coco Plum Beach.
When the woman noticed that Gamez was pleasuring himself behind her, she turned around and asked him what he was doing.
Gamez told the woman he is really enjoying the nice view. The woman
called police and Gamez was arrested. During questioning, Gamez told
police that he was on the beach for his morning run when he saw the
woman lying on the sand.
He then decided to pleasure himself while looking at her. He also
admitted to getting into an argument with the husband of the woman at
the gym before the incident.
