A spokesperson for the Modesto Police Department, spokeswoman Heather
Graves, said that the incident occurred on 19th Street at the
intersection of H Street and La Loma Avenue.

The officer ordered the couple to stop being intimate in the street, but when they did not listen, they were arrested.
