Bomb conversation delays flight in Turkey

A conversation about a bomb notice between two passengers delayed a flight at Istanbul Atatürk
Airport early on June 2. The stewardess warned the pilot after hearing
the conversation and bomb disposal teams were called to the plane.

The
flight, scheduled to fly to Kyiv at 6:05 a.m., was delayed when two
passengers said that there was a bomb notice for a flight on June 3.

“There is a bomb notice for the flight tomorrow,” said the unidentified passengers as they entered the plane.

The plane was evacuated and taken to a safe area where it was searched.

The plane took off around 9:05 a.m. after no explosives were found.
