Ogun State govt to close Schools, Markets For HID Awolowo’s burial

Ogun government has directed all markets and public schools in the Remo district of the state to be closed on Wednesday November 25th as the state buries late Chief HID Awolowo, wife of late sage, Obafemi Awolowo, The state government’s directive is contained in a statement signed in Abeokuta on Monday by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Taiwo Adeoluwa. The statement said the directive would affect only schools within Ikenne, Remo North and Sagamu Local Government Areas.
