Timothy Madden, 38, was arrested Friday in the death of Gabriella Doolin. Doolin was watching peewee game at Allen County-Scottsville High School in Kentucky with her parents last Saturday.(Read here)
She disappeared at 7.40pm and her name was immediately announced on the intercom and the school went on lockdown. Police found her body in a wooded area only 400 yards away at 8.05pm.
An autopsy has been completed but a cause and manner of death has not been released by police.
Madden is facing charges of murder, kidnapping, first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy. Madden reportedly went to high school with Gabriella’s father and sat near the family at the football game.
The 38-year-old construction worker has an ailing wife who has had three strokes since August.
