British banker arrested for double murder after slashing woman’s throat

Police said a 29-year-old man was being held after the bodies of two women were found at an address in the Wan Chai district of the former UK colony in the early hours of this morning. One woman – said to be foreign and aged between 25 and 30 – was found with wounds to her neck and buttock and pronounced dead at the scene.


The body of the second victim was discovered inside a suitcase on the balcony. The man was arrested at the scene, where a knife was also seized, and is being detained pending further enquiries.
